Pastors Gordon and Jean have been in the ministry for over thirty years.  They have a wealth of knowledge after years of evangelistic work which includes foreign travel and having pioneered six churches including Christ View Church.  In addition to pastoring a local church in Phoenix, Arizona the Douglas' travel abroad under the banner of World Salvation Ministries conducting Gospel crusades, ministers and pastors seminars and missionary endeavors.

Pastor Gordon has an earned Doctor of Theology Degree and serves as the Presiding Bishop and Chairman of Gospel Ministers & Churches International, a global ministerial organization for full gospel ministers and churches .  Jean is a member of the Board of Directors and serves as the Treasurer.  Christ View Church and Pastor Gordon serve as an apostolic covering for churches in India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Kuwait and Uganda.

Gordon also serves on the Board of Directors of Love A Child based in Tampa, Florida. This ministry is headed up by Dr. Bobby and Sherry Burnett with full time operation in Haiti.
